Byeolja is a fortune and astrology service that reads the flow of each day through Korean saju (Four Pillars) and Western astrology. From the Manseryeok almanac, daily fortune, compatibility, and Tojeong Bigyeol to birth charts, star-sign compatibility, and an astronomical calendar — it's all free, with no installation and no sign-up, right in your browser.

What we offer

  • Saju & fortune — Manseryeok charts, daily fortune, the Saju 16 Types, compatibility, Tojeong Bigyeol, and Ziwei Dou Shu. The default is deterministic calculation rather than an LLM (same person, same day = always the same result).
  • Stars & Universe (astrology) — today's horoscope, birth (natal) charts, star-sign compatibility (synastry), monthly horoscopes, this month's astronomical calendar (new and full moons, Mercury retrograde, and more), and life turning points (transits).
  • Fortune wiki — human-reviewed guides covering everything from saju concepts like the Day Master, Ten Gods, and Grand Fortune to Western astrology concepts like houses and aspects.

How we calculate and edit

Byeolja puts well-grounded calculation and accurate explanation first. Every tool and article is built and refined according to the following standards.

  • Deterministic calculation — saju charts and horoscopes are computed deterministically from almanac and ephemeris data. The same birth date, time, and place always yields the same result, whenever you look it up.
  • Concepts aligned with the tools — the concepts, terms, and date boundaries in the wiki are kept consistent with how the actual tools are implemented, so they never diverge.
  • Human editing, AI assistance — we use AI as a support tool for drafting and organizing material, but before publishing, a person reviews, edits, and verifies the facts. We don't mass-publish raw automated output as-is.
  • For entertainment and self-reflection — fortune and astrology results do not fix the future or determine your fate. They are a reference to support entertainment and self-understanding; for important decisions in areas such as medicine, law, or finance, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.
